the staff were helpful and pleasant throughout the hotel. the breakfast offered a large variety of food items and i found it nicely presented. my room had great pillows and a comfortable bed. the room had sufficient cupboard space and space for hanging clothes.

the location was excellent because it was in st peter's square. it was easy to reach local attractions from the hotel. the convenient location provided easy access to shopping and dining.

dusty surfacesstrange noise
the room wasn't very clean i noticed dust on the surfaces. the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been properly mopped a bit disappointing. also there was a strange noise coming from the air conditioning unit throughout the night. it made it hard to sleep soundly i wish i had reported this sooner.

The hotel has a fantastic location. I could easily walk to many attractions. The breakfast offered table service not a buffet, which I found great. The room included helpful amenities, such as tea and coffee.

Breakfast service was especially good. I enjoyed the scallops, and the breakfast reception provided a warm welcome. They offer vegetarian sausages as well. I think this makes it a good dining experience.

There is a roof terrace called Sora at the hotel. The downstairs bar has a good atmosphere. The building art is amazing, and the rooms are spacious. It had excellent facilities.
